The Department of Part - I Tamil was established in the year 2012. Currently Dr. Y. Burgmonds is the Head of the Department. There are 6 staff members working in the department. All the staff members are UGC Qualified (NET/SET/Ph.D) holders. Our staff members actively involve in the research work and published many research papers in reputed peer reviewed national and international journals so far. The staff members of the Department have served as members of different committees of our college.
